Project Overview
Tremie Reelers, mounted on trucks and tracks, are mobile units designed for pumping concrete from the bottom of the pile casing or foundation upwards. These reelers deploy a concrete hose with a tremie at the end, extending to the bottom of casings up to 120 feet deep and reeling upward to facilitate bottom-up pouring.
Versatile Tremie Units for Low-Headroom Applications
The Truck mounted Tremie is a highway travel- capable, standalone unit fixed to a Class 8 truck fitted with custom outriggers. The track mounted unit requires a remote pump, but is uniquely versatile and can fit in very tight spaces. Both units are tailored for low-head room applications.
